The following sleep routine is suitable for babies between 4 and 5 months old:-

Time Action
7am Awake, Breastfeed/Bottle
9am Sleep
9.45am Awake
11am Breastfeed/Bottle first then first tastes.
12 noon Nap
2.15pm Awake then Feed
4.20pm Short 20 minute nap if your baby did not sleep well at lunch time.
6.00pm Breastfeed/Bottle then offered some baby rice and if you like with fruit puree that your baby has already had successfully at lunch on a previous occasion.
7.00pm Bedtime
10pm/10.30pm Feed

(3 hours total daytime sleep)

If you find at 7am your child is not hungry for his bottle/breakfast, this would be an indication that you can reduce/cut out the 10/10.30 feed.
